What are the benefits of web-based surveys over paper?

Web-based surveys reduce costs and increase accuracy

• Costs for printing, paper and mailing are eliminated.
• Respondents must complete survey questions set as "required."

• Web-based surveys can be used in conjunction with traditional paper surveys to increase response rates.

What kind of computer to we need?

Your computer only needs an Internet browser capable of 128-bit SSL encryption (Internet Explorer, Firefox, etc.) and an Internet connection.

What about patients who've never used a computer?

Our experience indicates that patients have more computer experience and are more willing to try using the computer than staff may realize. Our surveys are designed with a mouse and keyboard tutorial for those patients who may need it.

What about confidentiality and security?

Our web survey process includes SSL technology and a secure web server. Surveys are designed to ask respondents to not enter any individual information and are considered to be a part of your Quality Assurance program.

What do the reports look like?

The reports are computer generated and returned to you by email. A sample survey report in PDF format can be viewed here.

We'd like to do more analysis, can we have access to our data?

Yes, we can export the data and send to you to a variety of formats, including Access, Excel, dBase and SPSS.

How much does a client web survey cost?

The set-up fee is $300.00 plus $.30 per response. Reports are $30.00 when delivered electronically. No cost for receiving your data or hosting the survey on our secure web site.
