CARF Accreditation Policy & Procedure Manuals for Washington State
Lanstat Incorporated publishes program manuals to meet CARF
accreditation standards and the requirements of Washington
Administrative Code 388-805 as revised
January 1, 2009, including September 2009 WAC Implementation Guide
and September 2009 Model TB Policies. Manuals contain a consistent
and easy-to-use format, a comprehensive index and can include your
logo.
All policies are warranted to meet current CARF
standards when published. All options include use of our easy-to-use
and secure project management web site for transfer of documents and
messages. We have been helping providers achieve CARF accreditation
since 1993. References upon request.
Prices apply to
agencies which do not have current Lanstat WC 388-805 policy and
procedure manuals.
Option 1 Basic Policies and Procedures - $1995.00
Business Practices, Human Resources, Health & Safety and Program
Manuals. All policies and procedures to meet CARF Behavioral Health
standards and WAC 388-805.

current CARF manual: manuals for business practices, human
resources, health and safety and clinical operations.
• Tips for
writing procedures or additional policy prompts inserted to assist
you in completing your manuals.

Option 2 - Expanded Policies, Procedures and Plans - $2495.00
All of Option 1 (above), plus:
• Instructions and
templates for various plans required by CARF.
• Crosswalk of
requirements for each section in the Business Practices (ASPIRE) and
General Program Standards.
• Additional Core Program information
as needed.
Option 3 - Reviewed Policies, Procedures and Plans - $4500.00All of Options 1and
2 (above), plus:
• Review and editing of items inserted and/or written by the organization,
including up to 10 hours of consultation time.
• Production of final printed copy with organization logo in premium binders with final content in Microsoft© Word©.
Option 4 - Consultation Packages
This
option provides the most intensive preparation support. It could
include a “mock survey,” assistance initiating the CARF process,
training staff members, responding to Quality Improvement Plans or
other performance improvement tasks. Consultation at $150 per hour
plus travel expenses, as required, generally quoted as a day rate. A
discount is available for on-site consultation of three days or
more.
