Program Manuals updates include a review of our archived copies of your manuals and previous updates and adding sections for additional services when requested.

Notes:

Updates are available only online with your credit card. They are delivered in Microsoft® Word® and PDF formats as attachments to your valid email address. You must be able to receive attachments of at least 5MB. Instructions are included in the email. We do not provide paper copies of updates or copies of update files on CD. Orders are processed in the order received and may take 3 business days for delivery. Please make sure our sending email address info@lanstat.com does not become caught in any spam filters.

Update prices are based on the date of your original manual or the date of the latest update you have purchased from us.
